Wondrous item, rarity varies This a wand with a striped blue and white handle. A large golden star sits at the end of it. This wand can be used as a spell focus. When used to cast a spell, the user can tap into a limited pool of spell slots rather than using their own. When a spell is cast in this way, it cannot be raised to a higher level. A number of slots equal to a die roll can be recovered during a long rest. The size of the pool and die depends on the rarity.
