Wand, very rare (requires attunement by a non-evil spellcaster)

This wand has 3 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to cause a spiraling beam of silvery fire to streak from the tip towards a creature you can see within 120 feet of you. Make a ranged attack roll against that creature using your spell attack bonus. On a hit, the creature takes 3d8 fire damage and 3d8 radiant damage, and it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of your next turn. Fiends and undead have disadvantage on this saving throw. The wand regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn.
