You teleport to an unoccupied space that you can see within range. Hostile creatures within 5 ft of the space you started must make a Dexterity save. On a failure, they take 3d6 force damage, and half as much on a success.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage is increased by 1d6 for each level beyond 4th.
