Death Domain since the DMG's release

Homebrew, Class: Artificer; Tradition of the Alchemist: Combine Consumables, Formula Focus

Combine Consumables:

This seems to have been copied over from the Artificer_Variant Alchemist but not converted to this Tradition properly. This version of the Artificer doesn't use/list points to alter/enhance the affects of consumables. Clarification or alteration of the ability is needed (points -> slots?, how are the alterations calculated (higher slots increase by multiplication of base stats?))

Formula Focus:

This ability seems to have a backward reference: Ability is gained at 15th level, but choosing another formula for this is listed as possible at 14th level.
