Transmute Fire to Ash (3.5e Spell)

This spell literally turns fire to ash but is typically used as an attack against fire elementals. It turns them permanently into an ash elemental of half the hit dice. Success on the save means that the transmutation doesn't occur, but the elemental still takes 10d12 damage.
