5e Summary::You seize control of the very land from the Universe. You speak an Utterance that takes control of the very land from the Universe. As a bonus action you may shape the landscape of up to 125 square feet of area (distributable as you see feet to 5x5 squares) into difficult terrain, cover, or easily passable terrain. You may use this a bonus action to instead attempt to restrain a creature, but the target is entitled to a DC 15 DEX or STR save to negate the effect.
