Prankster. The tornadus has +3 to its initiative.

Legendary Resistance (3/day). If Tornadus fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Tornadus has an advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. Tornadus' weapon attacks are considered magical.

Regeneration. Tornadus regains 20 hit points at the beginning of every turn.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Tornadus can use his Hurricane action. Then he may make 3 attacks, one with his dark pulse, one with his fist, and one with his tail.

Fist. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d12) bludgeoning damage.

Dark Pulse. Ranged Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 50 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d12 + 6) necrotic damage.

Hurricane (2/day). As an action, Tornadus can cast the spell control weather without any of the material components, but the weather is a stage 5 in every respect.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The Tornadus can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Tornadus regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Attack. Tornadus can either make a fist attack or a tail attack.

Move. Tornadus can move up to half his speed.

Hurricane. Tornadus can use his Hurricane action, still only able to use it twice a day.

Tornadus is one of the only three of his kind, right next to Landorus and Thundurus, the only ones of their kind. They are very powerful forces of nature, each one representing a different part of nature, the land, the thunder and the tornados. Tornadus, however, is the fastes, able to move at 200 miles an hour when wrapped in clouds. Tornadus also has the power to knock over entire houses with one blast of a focused Hurricane. He is normally high above the earth, however, guiding the weather along.

gollark: It has giant text and images for no reason, doesn't do scrolling properly, and conveys basically zero information.
gollark: This is very light on information on what it actually is, and if that site there is an example of it I don't want it.
gollark: I'm always willing to redesign my website for no good reason!
gollark: What is this "fluent design"?
gollark: <@151391317740486657> https://osmarks.tk/points still works the same, tap achievements to dismiss them.
