Spellcasting:

Forget (When cast by a Lost Child the spell is amplified by the blessing from the God of the Lost and Forgotten and can wipe certain memories completely.)

Bite. Melee Attack: +3 to hit, 5ft. range, one target. Hit: 12 (1d12 + 3) piercing damage

REACTIONS

Abuser's Torture: When one of the Lost Children encounters someone who has abused or who would abuse a child their eyes become black and they seem to become devoid of all emotion. They no longer interact with anyone or anything around them and stare at the abuser. If the person doesn't leave the Lost Child's sight as quickly as possible, the child will attack the abuser.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

Scream of 1000 Tears: The Lost Child let's out a scream that can be heard from 60ft. (This attack doesn't effect anyone under the age of 17 years old.) Anyone in range must make a WIS save (DC 16). The distance determines the screams effect.

On a Failed Save:

Within 20ft. The players must make a CON save (DC 16) and be paralyzed for 3 turns (Effected players can re-attempt to make the save at the beginning of their turn.)

Within 40ft. The players must make a CON save (DC 16) or be feared for 2 turns.

Within 60ft. The players must make a CON save (DC 16) or be feared for 1 turn.

Final Cry: When a Lost Child reaches 0 hit points anyone within 10ft. may make a perception check (DC 12). Those who pass the check will hear the child say "Help!" The DM rolls a d100. Upon rolling a 90-95, another lost child will appear. A 96-99, 2 lost children will appear. If a natural 100 is rolled the God of The Lost and Forgotten appears. (Please see the DND Wiki page for details.)

One of the Lost Children is a simple kid of a varying race anywhere from 1 to 17 years old. Their eyes are normally white, same as the god who blessed them, but they can also become black. When their eyes remain black for an extended period of time their teeth grow into needles and their fingernails grow into 3-inch-long claws. The children’s skin seems to have a slight glow when their eyes are white, and a deathly pale when they are black.

The Lost Children are a collection of kids who were taken under the wing of The God of the Lost and Forgotten mostly during his time sealed in his vessel, but that did not stop him after he was freed. Every child was a victim of some type of abuse. Whether abandonment, physical or mental abuse, they eventually come into the realm of the lost, forgotten, and abandoned, sometimes by The Lost God himself. (For more information on the God of the Lost and Forgotten, check here.) After they are taken in by the Lost God, the children are blessed and given the power to enter and exit the realm of the lost and forgotten at will. In addition, to protect them the god granted them the ability to see into a person’s soul. Should a person who has abused, or would abuse children encounters one of the Lost Children, the child’s eyes will turn black and should that person remain in contact with the child for more than a shortened amount of time, the child will attack.

No adult has ever heard any of the Lost Children ever speak, even though their own children state that they have spoken to them on several occasions. There is never been more than 1 Lost Child sighted together, but it is not always the same Lost Child visiting the same place. They come and go as they please, however, should a Lost Child stay past sundown it means they are going hunting. This only occurs when they come into contact with an abuser who got away from them before they attacked or survived the initial attack.
