Amphibious. The devil can breathe air and water.

Brute. A melee weapon deals one extra die of its damage when the devil hits with it (included in the attack).

Devil's Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede the devil's darkvision.

Magic Resistance. The devil has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The devil makes three melee attacks: two with its pike and one with its tentacles. It can use Hurl Flame in place of any melee attack.

Pike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d12 + 4) piercing damage.

Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) poison damage.

Hurl Flame. Ranged Spell Attack: +4 to hit, range 150 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) fire damage.

Tentacle devils rank around the middle of the hierarchy of devils, and are oddly adept at the traversal of water. A tentacle devil is basically humanoid in shape, except that they have inky black eyes, green, scaly skin and two long, viciously barbed tentacles that emerge from its shoulders.
