3e Summary::You can control the winds and weather.

Prerequisite: The eye of a Kraken.

Effect: You may cast Control Weather or Control Winds once per day. The effects operate as per the spells, but end immediately if the eye casting them takes any other action or is blinded.

Special: If you have the Eye to Eye feat, you may cast each spell once per day.

gollark: Unless it's just Caesar ciphers it's not like you can magically decrypt arbitrary ciphers without the key or anything.
