Wondrous Item, rare (+1), very rare (+2), legendary (+3) (requires attunement) You can affix these magical tassels to a weapon, shield or suit of armour. That item gains a bonus to attack and damage rolls if it is a weapon, or a bonus to AC conferred if it is armour or a shield. The bonus depends on the rarity of the tassels, and the tassels cannot be affixed to a magic item.
