Talk:Nuclear Warfare (Overkill Supplement)
I would be very interested in hearing if anyone actually uses these rules in a Dungeons & Dragons game. Quincy (talk) 19:34, 7 October 2018 (MDT)
Suggestions
According to nuke map, a 1 MT bomb, if detonated on the surface, has a blast radius roughly equivalent to the thermal radius (~6.5 vs. ~7.5 mi), so how is the thermal radius twice the size of the blast radius in this supplement? Such a thing is impossible, and if the detonation was an air burst the opposite would be true. A ~10,000 ft. airburst would produce a blast radius considerable larger than the thermal radius. Deserves to be Quality
This article is amazing and covers nuclear warfare extremely well. I’m not sure if it deserves to be featured, but it definitely deserves to be quality. The only problem I can see is it being unbalanced, but it’s kind of supposed to; It’s a nuclear bomb. This can be solved by adding a design disclaimer, but it hasn’t come to that yet. ━Kanon ⊕ Talk 18:45, 16 July 2020 (MDT)
