  • Support. Well made, balanced, and a chronicler is a unique character background for the game. --Green Dragon (talk) 00:50, 13 December 2019 (MST)
  • Support. I buffed the fluff a bit to better explain why someone that sounds like a bookworm might want to adventure. I think it looks good now.--Yanied (talk) 07:33, 13 December 2019 (MST)
  • I'm not actually sure how "Adventure Chronicler" works in practice, it seems a bit vague? You notice a "flipped rock"? How is that different than someone passing a passive Perception check? You can "pull up information easily"? Marasmusine (talk) 07:15, 15 March 2020 (MDT)
Yeah I guess it is supposed to be the more flavorsome version of the traits that provide advantage in checks to recall information from a long time ago? The other idea I had was to make it a feature similar to the librarian from the cloistered scholar, but coupled with remembrance. Does that make more sense?--Yanied (talk) 10:40, 15 March 2020 (MDT)
Would something like this work better for a feature: "You are extremely knowledgeable about events due to your memory and work as a chronicler. You know most of anything that has happened within the last decade, whether it be something mundane as a lost cow or something of greater importance like an earthquake. Your DM might rule that since some knowledge is not recorded, you therefore have no purpose knowing it. In addition, you are trusted to access records in historical keeps where chronicles are kept. This is not restricted solely to official areas like libraries, and may extend to personal archives where chroniclers can exchange information."--Yanied (talk) 18:36, 16 March 2020 (MDT)
