Innate Spellcasting. The swarm's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 11). The swarm can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: invisibility
1/day each: charm person, sleep

Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny dragon. The swarm can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.

ACTIONS

Stingers. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 0 ft., one target in the swarm's space. Hit: 10 (4d4) piercing damage, or 5 (2d4) piercing damage if the swarm has half its hit points or fewer.

Faerie Breath (Recharge 5-6). The swarm exhales gas in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be incapacitated with laughter for 1 minute. An affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Pixie dragons are among the rarest of dragons. Due to their small size they aren't very strong, however, they are extremely nimble and fast, also there are always multiple types in an area. Pixie dragons are said to be guardians of areas that contain a mass amount of fairies and pixies attacking anything that dares to harm the fairies and pixies.

gollark: Why don't *you* try making the meme of the future, today?
gollark: I disagree entirely.
gollark: Hands can operate off the tendons you already have I think?
gollark: I don't know.
gollark: I think there has been some work on neurally controlled prosthetic arms and such. I can't be bothered to check stuff because I'm on my phone right now, however.
