Strength of Personality [General]
3e Summary::Use Cha for saves.
Prerequisite: Cha 14.
Benefit: Add half your Cha modifier to your modifier for your saves and checks, but only when you are conscious.
Normal: Wis modifier is used for Will saves. Con modifier only is used for Fortitude saves. Dex is used for reflex saves.
