Legendary Resistance(3/day). If Steorra fails a saving throw, it may choose to succeed instead.

ACTIONS

Multiattack Steorra uses two of Wandering Star, Lost Star or Baleful Star.

Wandering Star Ranged Spell Attack. +16 to hit, reach 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 36 (4d12 + 10) radiant damage. A creature hit by this attack must make a DC 24 wisdom saving throw or suffer the effects of the confusion spell.

Lost Stars Ranged Spell Attack. +16 to hit, reach 80/320 ft., three targets. Hit: 17 (2d6 + 10) radiant damage. A creature hit by this attack must make a DC 24 wisdom saving throw or suffer the effects of the confusion spell.

Baleful Star Ranged Spell Attack. +16 to hit, reach 80/320 ft., three targets. Hit: 42 (5d12 + 10) necrotic damage.

Shooting Star. Ranged Spell Attack. +16 to hit, reach 80/320 ft., three targets. Hit: 36 (4d12 + 10) damage. The first attack deals force damage, the second deals radiant damage, and the third deals necrotic damage.

Omniscience (Recharge 5-6). Steorra uses Shooting Star twice.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The Steorra the Starseer can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Steorra the Starseer regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Song of the Starseer(Costs 2 actions). Steorra sings a song of protection. Until the start of her next turn, her AC increases by 5.

Restore Balance. Steorra chooses one creature she can see within 60 ft. That creature has all magical effects on it, as well as on it's equipment, suppressed until the end of Steorra's next turn.

Reflect. Steorra deals force damage equal to the amount of damage she took from the previous Weapon Attack she was hit by to one creature within 5 ft.

Steorra is one of the gods of the Orsterra pantheon. The tome Trial of the Twelve, Volume VII describes how the twelve gods sealed away a “terrible power,” the thirteenth god Galdera.
