3e Summary::This spell creates a small static field that hovers about a 5 ft per 5 caster levels square one inch off the ground. Any creature stepping in the square receives a Reflex save or takes 1 point electrical damage. Any creature that is already in the square receives no save and takes 1 point electrical damage.
