Staff, very rare (requires attunement) This ancient 8' long, 15 lbs. yellowed staff, carved and crafted from the hyoid and tail bones of an even more ancient chromatic dragon, gives the bearer the ability to understand and speak the Draconic language. While held, the bearer has advantage on Persuasion checks and Charisma saving throws from creatures of Draconic blood within seeing or hearing distance (from Dragons to Kobolds). It also has 6 charges and can cast chromatic orb at 3rd level. The staff regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff's magical properties are lost.
