Staff, Rare Pitch black in color with a ruby atop, faintly glowing like the flame of a candle. Lifeburn Make a ranged attack. On hit, consumes up to 80% of casters remaining HP. For each point consumed deals 1d8 magic damage to target. Can be used once per long rest. Lifesteal Make a ranged attack. On hit, deal 2d6 magic damage to target. Caster is healed for half the damage to done.
