Web Walk. The spider wasp ignores movement restrictions imposed by webbing.

Flyby. The spider wasp doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Spider Climb. The spider wasp can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Web Sense. While in contact with a web, the spider wasp knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The spider wasp makes two melee attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage.

Sting. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage plus 5 (2d4) poison damage. If the poison damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and is paralyzed while poisoned in this way.

The spider wasp is a creature thought to have been created in magical experiments, usually found in humid areas such as rain-forests. They usually hunt small rodents like rats, though they will eat anything they manage to take down. They have the bodies and wings of wasps, but the legs and head of spiders. They usually build their nests near bodies of water to hunt creatures that drink there, a boon for many a tracker.
