Sonic Boom Gun (3.5e Equipment)

a sonic pistol emits specially focused that comes out in 50ft. cone that deals 1d8 sonic damage however it (obviously) doesn't function in areas of silence and it also won't work as well against deaf enemies who take a +5 sonic resistance against the gun
