Solfyre's Astrel Homestead (3.5e Spell)
This spell creates a 10x10 acre plot of land on a plane of your creation, this plot of land will follow the rules of the current plane the caster is on at the time of casting. such as wildlife, weather and its own ozone as well. Those whom have a key* may enter the plane at will, though they may not leave the boundaries of the plane due to the ozone (a glass like substance). This realm is permanent and the caster may only have one Astrel Homestead.

One may do as they wish with the land in the realms such as build a Magi Guild, A Tower or even a small village if wished so as long as the "builders" have a key to enter the realm.
The Key is a ring that the caster must have when casting the spell as it is one of the components of the spell. The ring allows one to travel to and from the realm once per day. The caster may make copies of the ring to give to others at the cost of 500xp per ring crafted. The ring must be made from the same material as the original.
Material Component: Clay, Water, Empty Bottle, Amber and one Ring of any metal or stone.
