Innate Spellcasting. The hag's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: disguise self, feather fall, gust of wind, thunderwave
3/day each: lightning bolt, freedom of movement
1/day: wind wall

Keen Sight and Smell. The hag has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight or smell.

Mimicry. The hag can mimic animal sounds and humanoid voices. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 16 Wisdom (Insight) check.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The hag makes two attacks: one with her beak and one with her talons.

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) piercing damage.

Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) slashing damage.

Sky hags live far above the ground, often choosing to inhabit mountainous regions, though one could also be found in a towering building or in the boughs of a particularly massive tree. Sky hags have pale blue skin and bird-like beaks. A sky hag wears a robe made from feathers, called a feather robe at all times, only rarely removing it. While the hag wears her feather robe, she can transform herself into a raven, and ravens are naturally drawn to the area around a sky hag's lair.
A sky hag can summon bolts of lightning and slip out of nonmagical restraints with ease.

Wings of Despair. Sky hags enjoy spreading fear wherever they go, be it as simple as picking someone up and dropping them from a great height in raven form or in more subtle, insidious ways.
Communities near a sky hag's lair quickly learn to fear the silhouette of a large raven in the sky, as it surely means that terrible things are on the horizon. Those who don't flee become paranoid and distrustful, causing immeasurable glee in the hag. The hag might ease off on her victims if they perform dark acts, such as driving strangers away or killing a formerly trusted leader. In this way, the hag causes them to fear and hate everything as they live as her terrified, often unwitting puppets.

Covens. A sky hag that is part of a coven (see the "Hag Covens" sidebar in the Monster Manual) has a challenge rating of 7 (2,900 XP).

Feather Robe

Every sky hag has a feather robe. While the hag wears the robe, she can use an action to polymorph into a Large raven, or back to her true form. In raven form, the hag gains a flying speed of 60 feet, but otherwise, her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed, except for the feather robe, which fuses with her body. She reverts to her true form if she dies.
If the feather robe is lost or destroyed, the sky hag can create a new one. Crafting a feather robe takes 7 days. If the hag dies, her feather robe disintegrates.
