Air Form. The sirocco striker can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

Flyby. The sirocco striker doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The sirocco striker makes two slam attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage.

Blinding Dust (Recharge 5-6). The sirocco striker exhales dust in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or blinded for 1 minute. An affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself with a successful save.

Sirocco strikers are elementals composed of hot air and flecks of ash and dust. A sirocco striker recklessly dashes across the battlefield, relying on its agility and speed to confound foes, all the while striking its enemies with limbs of hot air. A sirocco striker can exhale a cloud of blinding dust from its body to further hinder the efforts of its adversaries, but it generally only does so in dire circumstances.

Elemental Nature. A sirocco striker doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
