Weapon (special), very rare (major tier) (requires attunement) A massive shotgun shell, about 28 inches long, with a diameter of 9 1/2 inches. To an unattuned creature, this just appears to be a comically oversized shotgun shell. However, after attuning to it, it becomes a weapon with the Loading, Reload(6), Range(30/60), and Two Handed properties. An attack with the Shotgun Shell deals 1d12 Bludgeoning damage, as it fires an entire loaded shotgun magically, which dissapears a round after being shot. The Shotgun Shell does not require ammunition to reload, however, the weapon has 5 charges, and reloading consumes 1 charge. The weapon regains all charges at dawn every day. Shotgun Bullets. After making an attack with the Shotgun Shell, you can make another attack against a different creature within 30 feet of the initial attack's target. This attack, on-top of other modifiers, has a -3 to hit, and instead deals 1d8 Piercing damage. |
