Spells: Shadow Casters are not unlike a cleric/sorcerer hybrid but they have a unique caveat they cast using their constitution score as their casting stat and may directly turn health into spell points on a 2 health to 1 spell point basis(disregard if not using spell points). Hand Of Shadows: The Shadow Caster sprouts black claws that count as natural magic weapons that add 1 die of damage to their unarmed attacks and do not provoke attacks of opportunity these claws do not negatively impact spell casting

Aura Of The Dark: The Shadow Caster gain a black ringed aura around their body that increases in range by 5ft every 2 levels, the Shadow caster may target anything in this area with a touch spell and it is treated as if it is within touch range

Shadow Tendril: The Shadow Caster can now attack with a black tendril that does 1d6 +str mod damage and has a reach of 10ft any damage dealt by this tendril is converted into health for the shadow caster (cannot exceed maximum hp)

Shaded Ascension: The Shadow Caster gains the ability to use a shadowy form that enhances the effect of any spell they cast by 25% rounded down (save DCs and Damage only), while in this form the shadow caster cannot be healed by any effect barring the Shadow Tendril and while in this form each turn they take 1/2 class level in hp damage per turn (rounded down) that cannot be resisted in addition while in this form any attacks they make (magical or otherwise) ignore 5 points of DR and 5 points of spell resistance

Shadow Copy: With very basic tutoring or memorization the shadow caster can copy the weapon (in solidified shadows) and fighting style of a person near perfectly (only to the limits of their own physical abilities if they cannot physically use the weapon or style it will not work) however the weapon is only a superficial copy and is only treated as its most basic form with no enchantments

Clinging Soul: The Shadow caster now has a "health gate" meaning that they cannot lose more than 33% of their hp per attack and no more than 75% per round

Released Shadow: The shadow caster is now treated as an undead for all purposes minus lacking a constitution score and their shadowy form is now twice as powerful in all ways

Ex-Shadow Caster

If a Shadow Caster ever gains a good alignment they lose access to all unique shadow caster abilities and lose access to half of their allotted spells per day until regaining a non-good alignment.

gollark: I TOTALLY have no other ways to infer identity from text style.
gollark: Okay.
gollark: Are you attempting to deanonymize someone, beeeseaseeesese?
gollark: If I say something like "bees you, LITERAL apioform (this word is derived from the Latin "apis" and "forme". It is widely used on esolangs) utterly. This is due to bee" where does it split?!
