Bardic Inspiration (3/day). Sebastian Jones can inspire others through stirring words or music. To do so, he must use a bonus action on his turn to choose one creature other than himself within 60 feet who can hear him. That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, a d12.

Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the GM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.

Devil's Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede Sebastian Jones' darkvision.

Magic Resistance. Sebastian Jones has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Shapechanger. Sebastian Jones can use his action to polymorph into a human, or back into his true form. In his human form, his land speed increases to 30 feet, he loses his flying speed, he can't make tail attacks, and his size changes to Medium. Other than that, his statistics don't change.

Spellcasting. Sebastion Jones is a 15th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). Sebastian Jones knows the following Bard spells:

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Sebastian Jones makes three melee attacks: two with his fork and one with his tail. He can use Hurl Flame in place of any melee attack.

Fork. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) piercing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) piercing damage. Since Sebastian Jones became good-aligned, he lost his ability to cause infernal wounds.

Hurl Flame. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 150 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) fire damage. If the target is a flammable object that isn't being worn or carried, it also catches fire.

Sebastian Jones was an average horned devil. On one strange day, however, he was cursed by a curse which prevented him from doing evil and forced him to do good deeds. Over the years, he came to terms with his curse and genuinely became good in alignment. He then changed his name, found religion, and became a singing evangelist.
