You form a cubic foot of attuned blood into 2 knives + 1 / 2 technician levels (max 5) of blood that shoot through the air. Each kife deals 1d3 piercing damage. These knives may be fired at separate targets.

A Reflex Save negates the damage from 1 knife but must be made for each knife to dodge.

Material Component: 1 cubic foot of Attuned Blood.
