Magic Resistance. The elemental has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Sand Form. The elemental can enter a hostile creature’s space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The elemental uses its Ancient Storm three times.

Ancient Storm. The elemental magically summons a storm of swirling golden sand in a location it can see up to 90 feet away; the sandstorm is a cylinder 10 feet in radius and 60 feet high. This area is lightly obscured difficult terrain and any creature that is in this area or begins its turn there must make a DC 16 Strength saving throw, taking 6 (1d12) bludgeoning damage on a failed save or half as much on a success.
The elemental can have up to three ancient storms in existence at once, and can use its bonus action to dismiss one or more of them. If the elemental is killed, the storms it has created fade after one round.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (4d6 + 3) slashing damage.

The most intense sandstorms draw forth powerful earth elementals. A sand elemental is made of fine sand in the shape of a female humanoid with flowing hair and burning golden eyes filled with hatred, whose torso tapers to cascading streams of sand below the waist. With this feminine form, her tornadoes tear all asunder.
