Rune of Power (3.5e Rune)

You etch a rune on your weapon or glove and you gain a +12 to your attack rolls and damage, as well as a one step increase to your critical threat range and the critical multiplier (meaning a x2 multiplier would become an x3, and a critical threat range of 20 become 19-20, 18-20, 16-20, and so forth). This damage can be multiplied on a critical hit and does stack with other sources of effects that boost the same rolls. This rune cannot be applied to ammunition.
