Amorphous. The rotom can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

Illumination. The rotom sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet.

Shapechanger. The rotom can use its action to polymorph into its heat, wash, frost, fan, or mow form, or back into its true form. Its statistics, other than its Damage Resistances, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Grounded Lightning. The first time on a turn that the rotom touches the ground, it takes 5 (1d10) force damage.

ACTIONS

Volt Switch. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (3d8 + 4) lightning damage. The rotom gains the benefits of the disengage action until the start of its next turn.

Thunderbolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 80/320 ft. Hit: 25 (6d6 + 4) lightning damage.

Overheat (Heat Form Only, Recharge 5-6). The rotom spews an eruption of fire in a 20 foot radius around it. All creature in that area must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 28 (8d6) fire damage, taking half as much on a successful save.

Hydro Pump (Wash Form Only, Recharge 5-6). The rotom fires a blast of water in a 60 foot line that is 5 feet wide. All creatures in that area must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or take 22 (4d10) bludgeoning damage and fall prone, taking half as much damage and not falling prone on a successful save.

Blizzard (Frost Form Only, Recharge 5-6). The rotom creates a wave of frigid air in a 45-foot cone in front of it. All creatures in that area must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 28 (8d6) cold damage, taking half as much on a successful save.

Air Slash (Fan Form Only, Recharge 5-6). The rotom releases a stream of air blades in a 30-foot cube in front of it. All creatures in that area must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 28 (8d6) slashing damage, taking half as much on a successful save.

Leaf Storm (Mow Form Only, Recharge 5-6). The rotom summons a tornado of leaves in a 20-foot-radius, 60-foot-high cylinder centered on a point the rotom can see within 120 feet of it. All creatures in that area must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 28 (8d6) slashing damage, taking half as much on a successful save.
