A rodent

The rodents, also known as hamsters or tushkanos, are some kind of a mutated rat, hamster or jerboa. They have lost all of their fur, but gained sharp and long claws. They live in large groups and eat almost everything. They might seem to hardly present a threat at first sight, but that kind of thinking can get you in trouble. When in large numbers, they can surround you and start scratching from all sides, slowly tearing apart your equipment. Many stalkers who underestimated the rodents found themselves overrun and quickly brought down.
