Reverse Transmutation (3.5e Spell)

This spell is used primarily to reverse out of combat mistakes. It reverses the effects of any given transmutation spell upon casting, as long as the user is high enough level to cast this spell. If a spell transmutes water to fire, this spell reverses the effects, and would turn it back to water.

This page is of questionable balance. Reason: What can this spell do that break enchantment or dispel magic can already do? In addition, Instant casting time.
