Raskraadun's Somniterous Breath (5e Spell)

You let out a breath of gas that intoxicates creatures into deep slumber. Each creature in a 20-foot cone must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or falls unconscious for 1 minute. This effect ends for a creature if the creature takes damage or someone uses an action to wake it.

A spell known as a creation of Raskraadun, the legendary silver dragon who mysteriously vanished after the Worlds Collide incident. Despite his heritage as a silver dragon, the spell simulates the breath of brass dragons. One notable theory is that the spell is dedicated to Thesixantis, the best friend of Raskraadun who is also a dragon herself, specifically brass dragon.
