Raise dead creature (5e Spell)

You can target a medium or tiny beast that has died in the past 15 days. This resurrected creature has a telepathic link with you. The creature has 1 hit point, and is cured of all non-magical diseases, not replacing limbs and if the creature is missing any vital organs, the spell automatically fails. The creature has a -4 penalty to hit, attack, and all checks.
