Pyre Siphon (5e Spell)
You draw the flame or heat from an object or creature within range. If the creature or object is ignited (Such as a torch or a flaming goblin), it is extinguished. If the target is a creature and it is not ignited, it must be a creature who's anatomy involves flame in some way (like a Fire Elemental or a creature made of magma). If such a creature is the target, they must make a Constitution saving throw or take 3d10 fire damage (Or half on a success) and is paralyzed until the start of your next turn. A creature cannot resist this damage even if they have immunity.
