When this is activated (a standard action), it reduces the charge of all Energy Shielding to 0 (and prevents it from recharging until it deactivates), destroys all Bubble Shields and Deployable Covers and prevents all vehicles from moving until it deactivates. The Power Drain deactivates after one round and then explodes, causing 4d10 damage to all within 10ft (reflex DC 18 half).

A Power Drain has a purchase DC of 35, with a restriction of Mil (+3), and weighs 5lbs.

gollark: As much as I generally dislike PHP, it does have unmatched deployment convenience.
gollark: Not inherently. It is entirely possible to write horribly coupled OOP, especially since it encourages apious mutable state and inheritance.
