Potion, rare This is a purple potion, a similar shade to blackberry cordial, drinking it will send you to another plane of existence. The drinker of the potion must succeed a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or be sent to a different plane for what will feel like an eternity, but will really only be 6 seconds. Upon returning, they must succeed a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or contract one short-term madness.
