Potion, rare As an action, you can splash the contents of the container onto a creature or object within 5 feet of you or throw the container up to 20 feet, shattering it on impact. In either case, make a ranged attack against a creature, treating the potion as an improvised weapon. On a hit, the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 6d8 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This potion's blue liquid is very cold and doesn't get hot, even if it is held in a fire.
