The pikachu cultist is a human that has decided to live out its days in a pikachu costume. This is mainly as a joke from a one-shot, has been tested a few times. It is suggested to use a group in order to charm party (will also probably be funnier). I thought this would be fun to make (and will even funnier if my party finds this article). Pikachu cultists are either people who are obsessed with anime/Pokemon or people who thought it would be fun to cause chaos (such as blowing off a dinosaurs legs or blowing up a white dragon by landing explosives under its stomach). This is not meant to be entirely practical, more just for funsies. Credit: JekyllorHyde94 on Reddit (original creator)

gollark: Central planning tends to reduce innovation.
gollark: Decay of humanity meaning...?
gollark: The planned system splits responsibility across a million bureaucrats, who are just going to resist change and rubberstamp things.
gollark: The market system, by giving *each individual participant* a direct incentive to improve things, is more efficient.
gollark: Not the same thing, really.
