Permanent Potion of Poison (5e Equipment)

Potion, Very Rare This potion looks, smells, and tastes like a Permanent Potion of Health. However, it is actually poison masked by illusion magic. An Identify spell reveals its true nature. If you drink it, you take 3D6 poison damage, and your maximum hit points are lowered by the amount of damage done. This damage and subsequent lowered maximum hit points cannot be lethal.
