Permanent Potion of Giant Strength (5e Equipment)

Potion, Varies When you drinks this potion, your Strength score changes indefinitely. The type of giant determines the score (See the table below). The potion has no effect on you if your Strength score is equal to or greater than that score. This potion's transparent liquid has floating in it a piece of a giant the DM chooses floating in it of the appropriate type. Additionally, the storm giant strength one in particular also vaguely looks like a lightning storm is constantly brewing in its liquid. The frost giant strength and stone giant strength versions of this potion have the same Strength score. In addition, your skin changes coloration and texture to give a similar one of the appropriate giant type, though this is only noticeable if the skin is exposed (Which might not be the case with Dragonborn, for example). Your BEEFY muscles also physically adapt their form to the change, making the strength natural and visible. Depending on how drastically the change is, clothes and armor that don't magically alter their size to fit you might suddenly feel much tighter, or even rip or snap away.
