Paradox Rift (5e Spell)
Make a melee spell attack against a creature you can reach. 5e Summary::On a hit, a creature takes 1d10 necrotic damage as a paradox forms around them making them be briefly nonexistent. The damage must be cured magically. If it isn't cured with magic, it won't heal.
