Innate Spellcasting (1/Day). The pagefiend can innately cast silence, requiring no components. Its innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom.

Pagefiends are constructs made from books. They are small, but vicious, and they usually attack in groups, and have the power to magically silence their foes. They are sometimes used as guards in libraries, as they blend right in with the normal books, which their masters use to their advantage. When they attack, the covers sprout tiny fangs that they use to bite opponents.
A pagefiend might require a password to be said to call off its attack, or it might not attack creatures wearing a magical badge or symbol.

Constructed Nature. A pagefiend doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
