Nope (3.5e Spell)
As you cast this spell, you choose yourself and any number of targets in your line of sight and instantly freeze time for 15 minutes, drawing those targets to your location, at a rate of 90 ft per round, and as close as comfortably possible. At this point, a Teleportation Circle begins to form at your feet, centered on you, sending all willing targets now in the area to a safe place that you are intimately familiar with. While time is frozen this way, all damage taken, spells being cast, and any other effects are stopped temporarily, and only begin to have effect after the 15 minute duration ends. Any unwilling target may make a Will save to negate all of these effects. However, anyone within range of the spell is still frozen in time, regardless of a successful save.

Casting this spell is a free action, that consumes all spells per day of every caster targeted in the area, consumes all uses per day of any racial or class abilities/skills (Barbarian Rages, Druid Wildshaping, Bardic Performances, etc), and nullifies all remaining uses on any magical items that have charges or uses per day (Boots of Teleportation, Ring of Ram, etc.).
If the location you have chosen is not safe upon your arrival, the spell immediately sends you and your targets instead to a random safe place within 5 miles of the target location.
Meta-game: Any Experience Points that might have been gained by any encounters presently active at the time of casting is automatically negated and possible Experience Point penalties may be incurred by use of this spell for further attempts at the encounter(s) escaped.
