Needler

A Needler

Description

The Needler fires crystalline projectiles that home in on their target, granting a +2 competence bonus to attack rolls, however outside of the second range increment this becomes unusable. Unlike other box weapons, reloading the Needler takes up one standard action. If the user uses the burst option, the needler deals 4d4 points of damage (as per the normal rules). If the user uses the full auto option, they may target a single person instead of an area. If the person is hit, they take 6d4 points of damage and the needles explode harshly dealing the same damage to everyone within 5 feet, Reflex save for Half (DC 15). A Needler can fire a full clip as a full-round action, dealing 12d4 damage to the target and all within 10ft of him, Reflex for Half (DC 15). 30 projectiles weigh 3/4 lbs, and the caddy weighs 1/2 lb.

gollark: Epicbot is sentient?
gollark: I may be weird, but I actually like modern client-side JS frameworks and also some server-side stuff.
gollark: Or basically any other language!
gollark: It supports JSX.
gollark: <@!285523573601337347> I suggest you look at Typescript. It's basically JS, with optional typing, to catch bugs.
