3e Summary::A person who's gained the power of a changeling's mutability
Through some strange twist of fate, or mere inheritance, some people gain the power of a changeling's mutable body; yet they still retain their original body. It is these few rare beings that get "the best of both worlds", able to modify their own body and retain their racial abilities.
Creating a Mutable Creature
