Murder of Moths (5e Spell)

A massive cloud of large moths spew from your hand upon closer inspection they appear as Deaths Head Moths, but significantly larger. After the spell is ended the moths disperse and the moths sort of wander around the room, they might die or just buzz around a torch until they fly into it.

Murder of Moths
9th-level Necromancy
Casting time: Instantaneous
Range: self (60ft Cone)
Components: V, S, M (a staff, wand, or ring of legendary or greater rarity)
Duration: Concentration up to a minute

When an opponent is hit by this spell they must pass a constitution saving throw if they fail they take 8d10 necrotic damage, if they succeed they take 4d10 necrotic instead. This attack hits any creature, friend or foe, who starts their turn in the cone. Creatures in the cone are considered Blinded and move at half speed.
