Wondrous Item, legendary

The interior of this small satchel is a pocket plane 15 × 15 feet wide and long and 30 feet high. The walls and floor of this bag look and feel like thick fabric, the same fabric the bag is made out of. The bag contains air if the outside does, and is water permeable, filling the interior with water when submerged in water. It can hold up to 20,000 pounds (excluding liquid and gas that isn't in a container, which permeates through the bag). Regardless of how much weight is in the bag, it weighs 10 pounds. If the bag is overloaded, pierced or torn, it ruptures and is destroyed, and its contents are scattered in the Astral Plane. The inner walls are immune to all types of damage from creatures and objects inside the bag, except by being overloaded. Creatures can enter the bag, but fall from its ceiling to its ground. An identical bag is attached somewhere inside the bag which acts as a portal back out. On the outside, it looks like either a bag of holding or bag of devouring typically, though it may have any appearance as long as it's the same structure and size. When looking into this bag from the outside, it looks like a shrunken version of the pocket plane, complete with contents including creatures.
Placing this item inside an extradimensional space created by a handy haversack, portable hole, or any similar item instantly destroys both items and opens a gate to the Astral Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed inside the other. Any creature within 10 feet of the gate is sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way and can't be reopened.
