Moment to Think (3.5e Spell)
3e Summary::Creates a circle 5 feet in diameter beneath your feet which seems to stop time for a short while. For creatures larger than Medium size, the circle takes up the same amount of space as the creature. If there is another creature within the circle at the time of activation, the spell automatically fails. While within the circle, all time outside the circle appears to stop, although the circle is actually linked to a pocket dimension where time stands still. Time remains stopped indefinitely until the caster exits the circle or until the spell ends or is dismissed.

The creature within the time circle may not manipulate objects or creatures outside the circle, and any object that leaves the circle instantly loses any momentum and becomes frozen in time as well, to fall once the spell ends. Psionics and magic, including magic and psionic items and spell- or psi-like abilities, will not function while within the time circle. The creature within may still perform mundane actions, such as reloading, changing weapons, etc., but may not drink potions or use any other magical or psionic item, even on itself. Attempting to drink a potion consumes the potion, but has no magical effect, and using a scroll or other magical/psionic item has no effect whatsoever. Anything outside the circle can also be oberved freely for the spell's duration.
